JuiceCrafter is very intuitive and easy to use. However, it does take some training. Don't worry, we are with you every step of the way through on-boarding and training.

We will work together to enter all of your ingredients, recipes, store(s), packaging, supplies, etc. If you have a spreadsheet, that is even better and will help move the process along. We will make connections to your e-commerce and driver apps, add your stores, and any other customizations and then you are ready to go!

We are offering a free trial if you commit by 12/31/25. On-boarding is currently being scheduled in January. We don't typically offer free trial, but we do offer 10% off annual plans, which is more than one month free.

On-site or virtual training is included for 3 days, or 24 hours as needed. Please note entering your ingredients and recipes is part of this calculation. Providing an organized spreadsheet will save a lot of time and we can upload it. It is possible to nail down entering components and recipes quickly, and use the rest of your 24 hours for more in-depth consulting and how to use JuiceCrafter. Additional consulting services can be purchased.

Yes! We offer full support including hand held availability for questions and clarifications. Help documentation will be posted soon. JuiceCrafter is very intuitive, and we are sure you will get it right away with ease. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

No problem! JuiceCrafter will still be extremely helpful for you. We recommend prepping those recipes so they are ready to go. JuiceCrafter will provide the prep lists, pick lists and more.

Absolutely! Scaling and printing ingredients lists is one of JuiceCrafter's superpowers.

Most likely, yes! We have the capability of connecting to any e-commerce with an API. However, there may be an additional charge, depending on the complexity. You can also use JuiceCrafter without Customer Orders. Recipe Costing, Components, Store Orders, Production and KPIs will still work and turn your chaos into order.

Absolutely! The power of JuiceCrafter is in the production and reports. Even if you are one store, you will still benefit from what JuiceCrafter can do for you and your business. 

JuiceCrafter is still an amazing tool for juice bars with 1 store, a juice truck, or pickup only. If you want to add e-commerce. we can get you set up on Shopify and have you taking customer orders and delivering in no time. Launcing e-commerce at the same time as JuiceCrafter is a pro-move!

We can do it together during training and then after you see how easy it is, if you still would rather have us do it all, we certainly can! If your information is organized in spreadsheets, we can simply upload it for you and have it done before you blend your next smoothie.
