But Gary doesn't only see the magic, he sees the challenges: calculating by hand, guessing, and going back and forth between multiple platforms is inefficient, out-dated and silly. Gary pictures the mathematical solution, and an amazing piece of software is born that has proven to be indispensable in solving the challenges facing Amy, and every juice bar owner.

Gary S Lilienfield, CTO + CEO
Gary holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Mathematics, and a BS in Electrical Engineering, all from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Gary has demonstrated his expertise in designing, implementing, and writing innovative business solutions for many businesses including government contracting, financial, banking, manufacturing, production, logistics, and mortgage industries.
Gary is an accomplished home-barista, an organic coffee enthusiast, and a wellness guru.
Amy Waldman, COO
Amy has 14+ years experience as the CEO of a multi-faceted juice bar encompassing manufacturing, distribution, retail, in-house DTC delivery, nationwide shipping, catering and events. Amy successfully leveraged JuiceCrafter to lead her juice bar to over $20MM in lifetime sales. Amy is a Shopify Expert, an e-commerce specialist, juice bar consultant, and understands the many challenges facing today’s small businesses. Amy holds a BS in Accounting from NYU, and has previous experience as an accountant, graphic designer, and marketing manager.
Amy was a thespian, ate a raw diet for 2 years, and is an avid knitter.
